My father kidney function test report came and it says he have 108.00 micro albumin he is suffering from kidney disease stage 1 what does tht microalbumin 108.00 means is it serious.

A ratio of albumin (mcg/l) to creatinine (mg/l) of less than 30 is normal; a ratio of 30-300 signifies microalbuminuria and values above 300 are considered as macroalbuminuria as you can see, his values are well within the normal range.
