Sir, I have unprotected oral sex with a sex worker. I did hiv combo 4th generation test on 30th day ,43rd day and on 60th day .and test at govt hospital for hiv at 65th day .all came negative. But only my worry is persistent pharygities from last 1 month. Please suggest me a test which is conclusive at this stage.
