Patient: age 57/f mother diagnosis: lung adenocarcinoma 01.06.2019 vats lobectomy done for ca lung: 18.06.2019 (stage: 3a) 1st chemo :carboplatin+parmitrexed on 08.07.2019 current problem: bilateral pleural effusion reporting and investigation history as follows 1) pleural fluid cytology- 4 times: no malignancy/ granuma/fungi etc 2) fluid culture report 2 times: no growth detected. 3) tb report: not detected 4) pleuroscopy done followed by biopsy report: no malignancy detected. 5) left side lung icd placed and daily fluid collection in bag: 250-300 ml 6) right side tapping done 4 times 7) total fluid aspirated till date from both lungs: 12-14 ltrs. 8) ct angiography of chest: left superior pulmonary veins thrombus detected other functions normal 9) 2 times ecography of heart done by cardiologist: heart function normal 10) primary treatment given: dexona+anticoagulant but not any result 11) mitral valve repair- oct 2014 pls advice us we are helpless.
