Hello Dr. I had sex with a married friend. For 3 days and these days I took viagra 50 mg. I insert my inside her ass without condom but due to pain she ask me to pull out. So I wear condom and start having sex from vagina. I masturbate daily and now it's a month I feel pain in my penis and penis nerve is also showing. I am worried is this because of viagra consumption or masturbation on daily basis or because of weakness as I am weak just 55 kg and 25 years. Also suggest me to weigh gain as I live outside do not know cooking so from last 7 years I am eating outside only but I am at my home for a month so I am taking home made food eating 1-2 times only but still not gaining weight. Do I need to take supplements? Please suggest this too.
