Hello doctors, I have been suffering from diarra on and off from a past couple of years along with abdominal pain. Sometimes I have an uncontrolled bowel movement and I have to use the bathroom urgently and I cannot stop it. I have undergone a colonoscopy and as per my gastroenterologist everything is fine and there is no problem with my colon. He has suggested taking ibset 5 mcg to control diarra, as long as I take the tablet (ibset 5 mcg) I do not have diarra or any urgency to use the bathroom but as soon as I stop taking these tables my symptoms are back. Is there any permanent cure for this problem, appreciate any directional help.
