Hi Sir, My self 17 years old suffering from low grade pyrexia 98. 9 to 99.6, last 6 months. My epsetin bar virus test positive igg 91.2 but igm normal. I have some time headache and dizziness chakar ana. My weight 80 kg. Dr. advice meftal 500 or nexprocin 500 or dolo 650 mg. But fever still after taking medicine but some time relief in pain. Some time saviour pain in back of knee. Please advice me medicine and major precautions. I am worry. Can lp lumbar panchar is required?

I donot think. You donot have active infection. You donot have fever also. Fever means temp more than 100. Donot worry much. All of us who exposed to ebv have igg positive. Take balance diet, do exercise regularly.
