I an diagnosed with ibs d and fir few months I had probiotics, rifaximin and normaxin, my abdominal cramps gone but now two to three times I have seen very little blood in stool, red in colour, my occult blood in stool is negative, but mucus and pus cells r found, I have a small hemorrhoid internally and externally, im worried, kindly help me.
