I am 36 years old male. Recently, I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate, which my doctor (md) said that it is a rare condition at this age. Recommended veltam-f for one month. But my concern is that since the day I have started this medicine, the sperm volume had decreased very much. Also I don't get arouse so easily as I used to get before. So I like to ask if continuation of this tablet does not lead to permanent impotence or any such kind of sexual problem that I should not develop at this age. Kindly suggest me if I should continue this medicine or not.

What is the size of prostate? And do you have any problem in passing urine like decreased flow. Staining hard to pass urine .if not -- then no treatment is required any drugs like veltam- f will decrease the libido and ejaculate volume. Prostate treatment is not related to the size but the symptoms it causes. Its always better to consult a qualified urologist.
