Hello doctor, I want to seek your opinion on something I have been going through. From the last 2 weeks I am feeling some sort of soreness at times itchiness at the tip of my penis. initially I thought its some sort of urine infection so I was given tablet urispas & syrup utilizer by a chemist I had it for 2-3 days and it somehow relieved me but not full. What I can recall I once had an intercourse session with my wife in which I used a condom and even after the release of sperm I continued doing sex for a minute or so I could not realize that I am done that is the only thing, I can think of after which it all started. I even got my culture test done from Dr. lal thinking it's urine infection but results says no infection at all. Only at the tip of my penis sometimes randomly I feel soreness itchiness specially if water touched at the tip or after passing urine. In the last 2 weeks, it has recovered a lot own it's own but still taking its time. please suggest what should I do or take shall I stop having sex for few weeks so that I give it a time to self-heal. please suggest any medicine or ointment.
