I am currently having lower abdominal pain after a 3 weeks miscarriage. I use combination pill for birth control and still got pregnant. I started seeing blood stains and tiny clots in my pant liner after 18 days till it increase with serious pain and heavier flow. I used a sachet of cytotec to clear clots and bleed for 6 days which subsided on the 6th day but l am still having l lower abdominal pain when l stand up to do walk or do any activities. But if l remain on bed l do not experience the pain. Today is the 7th day I have slight brownish stains in my pad put the pain is still there as it comes on and off.
