Hi I have pcos, and did not get my last period is may. Before may I got my last period last october. Last aug 24 I have spotting and consulted my ob, and my ob advise me to take 10 duphaston then wait for the bleeding then take althea on the first day. however, there is an unprotected sex last night, if I continue to take duphaston I is there a chance for pregnancy.

No duphaston is not a contraceptive drug. It is given for leutal support in poly cystic ovarian individuals who are having irregular cycle & anxious to conceive.
