I am 21 years old male. I had painful anal fissure 2 times 2 years back. My doctor prescribed me ciprofloxacin and tinidazole tablets and laxative and it healed totally then. I'm feeling the same mild pain which I had before. I started taking laxative (milk of magnesia) already. Bt this pain doesn't go away. Should I take the ciprofloxacin tablets?

Your doc would have prescribed antibiotics for the infection at the local site but as we are not sure whether infection is there or not now better not to take antibiotics blindly take laxatives ,do sitz bath and adjust your diet. If not getting better in a week consult a surgeon.
