I'm a 22 year old female. My period is regular and normal. I do have a lot of cramps for which I take 1 tablet of meftal spas. Otherwise everything is fine. But I experience spotting quite often after a lot of days have passed after my period. It's usually brownish and light and I haven't really worried about it since it's not heavy and very light and little. I did a vigorous work out yesterday and today I noticed that I had spotting again, but the blood was red and looked like period blood though I still have 19 days left for my period to begin. And there's a very slight pain in my stomach. Very very slight though. Is it something to worry?
