I am a high bp patient. My bp remained at 140/95-135/85 with regular medicines. But now it is 145/70 for some time. Though I do not feel anything different but some time for a moment I feel heaviness in the chest as if the heartbeat is not there/irregular. Some depression type. The lowering of bp reading in lower side '70' shows. Is it to the weakness of heart mussels, not able to pump the blood properly? Is the risk of cardiac arrest more or of a heart attack? Please suggest some medicine to strengthen the heart muscles if required. I am regularly taking ashwagandha right and arjuna right. Once a day after meals for the last one year. Please make me understand what is this? I will understand what you will explain.
