This all started a month ago. First I got cold and cough later fever and gas issue & blood in stool at the same time. I used paracetamol and cefadroxil tablets so I got rid of fever and cold & cough. But the gas issue continued so as per the suggestion of my doctor room mate I used pantoprazole tablets for 4 days so the gas issue is gone. Then I started to use lactobacillus tablets for a week but one day ate some spicy food and that's it full pain in the stomach and stomach shaking and loose diarrhoea happened so from then stopped using those. But after 2 days blood in stool continued. So many said as it's dehydration case so drank allot of water per day maybe 4.5 litres per day. Later that nothing is there. So I joined gym and started doing exercises regularly. But after some days i'm getting diarrhea at nights. Without getting diarrhea couldn't sleep. It's becoming 3 am when I get sleep. At nights after dinner some gas is there in stomach and couldn't let me sleep. This is happening from 2 weeks I thought it's normal as due to strenuous exercises it may happen. But it's effecting my daily life of attending classes in the morning. So pls help me find solution for this. Thank you.
