Dr. has given otiflox sear drop for my ear and I am an pregnant, but I did not find otiflox one medical person told me to use candibiotic ear drop it's same as otiflox is it same or changes.

Both are totally different medications. Both should not be used in pregnancy but as ear drop is less likely to harm baby. Do visit ent specialists and take medicine accordingly.

Otiflox sear drop salt composition--neomycin (0.5%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v) candibiotic ear drop salt composition-- lidocaine/lignocaine (2%w/v) + beclometasone (0.025%w/v) + clotrimazole (1%w/v) + chloramphenicol (5%w/v) as you can see there is difference in one salt component. So its better to ask your physician.
