My son is of 5 years. He has vaccinated for typhoid last month. Bt is having typhoid positive now. Is this possible that after being vaccinated a person will have typhoid fever.

It is not possible that after being vaccinated a person will have typhoid fever. The positive result is the indication of proper / successful vaccination

If child is vaccinated for typhoid than he can not have typhoid infection. Positive test if there is no fever and child is asymptotic may be due to antibodies form because of vaccination this we called as false positive.
