Yes, You can take regestrone for 7 days. Twice day. But it better to get a scan done .sometimes endometrial is very thin , than regestrone may not be very helpful. If on scan endometrial thickness is thin ,it is better you take lynoral 50 microgram for 10 days and than take progesterone.

Hello dear, if your pregnancy test is negative repeat in every 7 days till 3 months if still negative after 3 month of absence of periods you should take regestrone for withdrawal. Please do make efforts to reduce weight ,it is the best treatment for it. And medications targeted towards pcod.
