I am diabetic since 10 years, today my sugar level noted 292 after bf & walking 40 mins, since I am walking daily 40 mins but sugar level not controlling after having gluconorm vg 2, voibi 0.3 & ziten 500 mg. Advice me any alternative.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the given details, where there is no mention of fasting glucose level and HbA1c%, present dietary pattern, lipid profile, serum creatinine, urea and microalbuminuria. To give any advice I need to know all the relevant parameters concerned with diabetes. You have mentioned the drugs being taken, but nothing about dosage of each of those. So please come back with all the necessary information, preferably in a private conversation (paid consultation) so that I can prescribe the necessary medication if required, apart from giving suggestions. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no ddrugs can be prescribed. I am sure you are aware in a well controlled person fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8%. Thanks.
