Hello, I am suffering from nasal congestion, cold, cough, sneezing, fever, headache, backache, neck ache, sore throat etc since from last one month. Please let me know what could be the possible reason and remedy. I want to tell you one thing that I was a patient of allergic rhinitis since last 5 years. But allergy was not there since last two years.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.

symptoms you are getting because of allergic rhinitis only, start steam inhalations, warm fomentations and hot water gargling thrice daily, along with anti histamine tablets will help
