I am having a runny nose and sneezing for 15 years. It becomes very acute and I have to take cetirizine hydrochloride tablet (10 mg.). It keeps me good for 2 days and again it happens. This is a chronic problem. Can I take this medicine so frequently without any adverse side effect?

There are a couple of things you need to do to avoid this thing to happen from your end, avoid everything that causes you problem, could be dust, cold water, juices, sugary foods, some food items, ice creams, sour foods etc, avoid prolonged ac exposure, and use mask wherever possible and yes you do need a course of anti-allergic for a short time, which obviously will hold your problem for few months hopefully.
