Hey I have pcod and my one tube is blocked I am planning for pregnancy my right ovary measure 3.19�2.61�2.59 cm vol. 11.29 mm and left ovary 3.13�1.99�2.84 cm volume 9.26 mm is it normal now to get pregnant doc. Give me placentrex lamp injection and stimulet tablet can I get pregnant now.

Hello. Yes of course there is chance of pregnancy. You need to reduce your weight, with even 5% reduction in weight the chance of ovulation increases by 20%.with weight reduction, use of ovulation induction drugs like clomiphene citrate or letrozole increases the chance of pregnancy. Take 3 to 4 cycles of ovulation induction drugs followed by folliculometry to monitor follicle development and than inj hcg to facilitate release of eggs will definitely increase the chance of pregnancy.

Try follicular monitoring and timed intercourse especially when the follicles develop in the other side of the tube which is patent
