I have burning sensation in urinary tract since last 20 years. Tried multiple medicine but still not cured. Also due to excessive medication I have developed digestive system disorders and I feel uneasy every single point of time. Also taking treatment for ed and pe as I used concentrated dettol liquid for cleaning my private penis due to which foreskin got burnt. Also taken hot water sits bath in past due to which my abdominal area and penis urinary tract got injured as I ejaculated since water temperature was too high. Taking internal medicine but no positive results yet.

You may be suffering from urethritis/ stricture urethra which causes burning sensation. Kindly get a urine routine, urine culture, done and then visit a urologist while may suggest a retrograde urethrogram to rule out urethral stricture.
