Diagnosis Mr. scan of c.spine & l.s. Spine with screening of whole spine. Few months I faced back problem, advice to doctor scan these test. According to report, there are reduced t2wi signal intensity of various cervical, dorsal, lumber discs. Note of made of disco osteophytic bulge at c 3_4 to c6-7 distal levels, causing significant thecal sac indentations, compromise at above mentioned levels mainly at c4-5, c5-6 discs without frank underlying cord compression or myelopathy. Relative left sided neural compromise at c4-5, bilateral neural compromise at c5-6. Thecal sac indentations due to ligamentum flavum thickness at d8-9, d9-10. Rest of disc are normal in placement without frank protrusion. Please advice me.
