I am a regular alcoholic, every night I use 180 ml. It's from last 8 years. Since 20 days I found little pain in my left side belly, and gas formation. Can it be a severe case to think of? Or its a general feeling. Also I met a general doctor who prescribed some gas tablet pantocid for 20 days. I am taking that. Should I go for any diagnosis it's ok with that medicine, I will again quit alcohol after 30 days as I will be at home then. Do I have no problem if I continue it till one more month?

consuming alcohol daily will definitely affect your health. Alcohol affects the brain function as well.Its better if you decide to quit alcohol.

You have already destroyed yourself with alcohol. Kindly get a detailed blood test including liver function test from a gastro or psychiatrist along with ultrasonography abdomen (high resolution). With results you will know the damage. All the best.
