I am 24 years old girl. I complete my urine routine and microscopic examination 3 times in 3 different lab. First and second report I found in albumin trace. And there is no micro albumin portion. But third report I found in albumin is nill but there is micro albumin portion. And micro albumin is normal. What is the difference between albumin and micro albumin. My serum creatinine is 0.7. My kidneys are well?

Microalbuminuria is the presence of a slightly high levelof protein in the urine. Amicroalbumintest is used to detect early signs of kidney damage in people who are at risk of developing kidney disease. Albumin is one of the first proteins to leak when kidneys become damaged.
