I am 37 years old, married for last 8 yrs. I have pcod problem and having hemorrhagic cyst. I'm not sexually active. My doctor had prescribed me cream ncr 15 for 3 cycles which has been completed last month. Also taking folvite mb and normoz ds. When I was taking crina ncr the periods were regular. Now as cycles completed, not taking crina ncr. Now periods have not come, my period date was 11th sept as last month got my periods on 11th aug 2019. Im getting pain in lower stomach and pelvis. So whether I should wait for some more time for periods to come. My doctor advised me to undergo usg pelvis (tvs) sonography for review of cyst on day 2/3 of my periods. So for periods whether I should be waiting or any medication is required for periods yo come. Now im planning to conceive. Please advise what needs to be done.

Do an USG for endometrial thickness. If it is normal, you can wait for periods. If it is thin, you Will require an estrogen progesterone combination for inducing periods
