I have alopecia areata patch due a long stay of 3 months, several years ago at hospital. I have thin hair with oily scalp. As well have dermatitis seborrheic. I do not know how to stop hair fall. I'm thinking to discontinue chemical shampoo and only use ayurveda plant based products. Which comb should I use? Any idea to measure the strands of hair falling daily. I'm trying to be vegetarian diet as possible. Can I oil hair? I thought buying capsules for hair fall.
