I am a diabetic with hypertension. For diabetics I am treated with metformin. For hypertension I take a medicine sartel 80. Recently I developed herpes. Since then I am suffering from certain problems like body pain and backache with poor concentration in work. For backache I am not been able to sit for long. There is giddiness also. Please help.
