I have lichen sclerosus & labial fusion. It's spreading to my inner thighs. I consulted both gynaecologist & dermatologist. Dermatologist gave me pacroma & lacsoft. It's not healing. It's spreading. How to control it?

Hi, since the lichen sclerosus is spreading, you will need a strong steroid cream to prevent the spread- you can apply 0.05% Clobetasol propionate cream once a day till it disappears- then 3 times a week and gradually taper.
