Hi. I have pcos. And currently trying for a baby. My doctor placed me on letrozole (started day 2. I?ve had simple cysts before. So I know the pain. My period is expected next week. I?ve been having recurring pains in my lower abdomen. And my pelvic feels rather tight. I am super paranoid, so I have been tracking my cm. Yesterday I saw a little pink while checking. Now I don?t know if it?s as a result of hurting myself. I just need to know if letrozole brought about the cost. And what can I possibly do to get pregnant. Seems the odds are against me.
