I have constipation problem doe paar one week. I am taking medication for it and also taking aloevera and giloi juice .it gets well a day the next day i'd I stop it comes back .my lower abdomen have swelling n the eve sys sometimes pain a little when I am constipated. What should be done ola suggest.
