I found a hard lump in the vagina beneath the right side of the vaginal lips it does not pain and does not make me discomfort, I use to have unprotected sex with my boyfriend it is related to this? I am very much nervous as I am 19 years old only please guide me what is this and how it can be cured can it be treated by medicines?

Hello- Your vulva has a number of glands, including oil glands, Bartholin's glands, and Skene's glands. A cyst can form if these glands become clogged. The size of cysts varies, but most feel like small, hard lumps. Cysts aren't usually painful unless they become infected. Just apply hot compresses. It will help resolving the lump.
