I am using flutiflo nasal spray as prescribed by doctor for couple of years. If I stop using it for two or three days I suffer severe sneezing and running nose. I use to sneeze continuously. Does it mean I should use this rest of my life? Are there any side effect for this spray. 28 years male.

No, I means that the circumstances around you (your environment) has not changed! I suggest you meet an allergist and work with the doctor to identify the allergens in your environment that are tormenting you. Those need to be eliminated. If that is not possible, then your allergist will probably opt to desensitize you to those allergens by sublingual immunotherapy. That will take about 5 years. Till then however, you will need to continue the intranasal corticosteroid sprays. Please disregard the stupid advice given by the quack homoeopaths. These sprays have been designed for long term use and are safe even in pregnant women!
