I am 43 years women, having an issue with my spinal. I'm Nmo patient. D1 - d9 demilaytion problem. Weakness in legs and hands. The doctor has advised for physiotherapy for one month. What occupational therapy I can do on my own at home?

depends on what are the major disablity u have. write details of disabiliy for proper assessment and advise.presently i can think of that u can get into improving your education/ information level . may get in to music/ singing field . make a group of people with similar thinking . keep your routine healthy. good luck
