Dear doctors, I am 27 years old. Not married. Lately I have vaginal discharge. No other effects such as itchy or painful. Sometime gives bad odor like fishy smells. What is the causes? Lately I have medical checked. My hemoglobin / red blood cells count is low. The doctor ask me to consume folic acid for 3 month. Appreciate you reply on this. Thanks and regards/ms vivi.

You can have antibiotic course for vaginal discharge. Try using lactal gel vaginally. Iron tablet should be taken rather than folic acid.
