I am having stomach pain in epigastric region and below belly ,loss of appetite. Feeling full and pain even after drinking little water or eating. Fever 99 when measured orally. Endoscopy done. Small hiatus hernia. Body erythema. areas test positive. Doctor gave nexpro hp twice daily and colospa x twice a day. It has been 10 days since medicine. Pain subsided little but still no hunger. Please advice how can I recover and what can be the recovery time.
