I am suvarna. 29 years old female. I have pain in right side of my chest while lying down n while getting up. Mucous accumulation in throat while sleeping disturbs my sleep. I'm worried if I hv some serious respiratory issue. Pls help.

You have pain in right side of chest it maybe pleuritis. Also known as pleurisy, this condition is an inflammation or irritation of the lining of the lungs and chest. You likely feel a sharp pain when you breathe, cough, or sneeze. The most common causes of pleuritic chest pain are bacterial or viral infections, pulmonary embolism, and pneumothorax, breathing while sleeping. This condition usually occurs due to obstruction of the airways. Lying down too soon after eating may also cause difficulty breathing.
