Hello doctor, I am 52 years old diabetic over 16 years though my both fasting and pp sugar level well under control below 100 with only drugs I take a tablet everyday morning after breakfast tribet 1.however, my complication which is very recent is 1) I find problems with erection and virtually no sperm or very small amount of 2/3 drops only come out though I have high sexual desire but penis doesn't get hard. 2) I found few dark skin patches at my leg due to some rash or injuries and skin color never return back to normal. Also less hair in hands and legs what I had earlier. 3) are these due to diabetics or other sexual or hormonal imbalances. Please suggest what should I do and what remedy you suggest on priority.
