Sir my husband having 3.4 mm renal calcus in right kidney. It is dilated in medicine pls suggest. Her report shows collecting systems of both kidneys and ureters are not dilated wat does it mean pls reply.

Your husband has a kidney stone.Kidney and ureters are not dilated that means the stone is not causing obstruction at this time.But if the stone slips into ureter , it can cause obstruction and pain
