Hello, it's been 10 days, we had a baby, at the time of delivery, the reports stated - asymmetric iugr and brain sparing effect. I just want to know, what is this, and how bad it can affect my child. My child was born with operation at maturity of 35 weeks 2 days by cesarean delivery, and weighted 2.300 kg's at the time of birth.

once the baby is born and feeds well without any problem with the cry. You need not worry about the brain sparing effect and IUGR. The treatment is delivery and it's already done. This doesn't affect the baby rather it was a protection mechanism of the baby due to less blood flowing to the baby inside the uterus
