1) bp around 160-100 in the last one year - high bp for the last 25 years (around 140-150) 2) creatinine ranging from 1.6 to 1.9 3) 24 hours urine protein at 1520 mg/ 24 hours 4) spot micro albumin - 1236ug/ mg of creatinine 5) spot protein - (3+) patient age: 59 years hypertension patient no diabetes taking medication for controlling bp like cilacar, betacard and lasix and zerolac. Heavy swelling in feet and extreme weight loss in the last 12 months (around 10 kgs). Please advise if biopsy is needed or not.
