Hello Doctor, I have deficiency of nutrition in my body and I am taking supplements as well. As per the advise by a doctor in my nativity, if I cut my hair short it will absorb less nutrition from what I eat and most of it used by other body parts. According to him big margin of the nutrition what we intake is consumed by our hairs. So in that way does it help if I cut my hair short to boost up my recovery.
