Sir I have anal fissure and piles problem at initial stage. I consulted general surgeon 15 days back. He gave ointment and tablets. Now I am feeling uncomfort at that place but there is no bleeding etc. What can I do for curing.

Your fissure has not healed completely. For complete healing of anal fissure you should take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) followed by application of sushruta ointment and lekhan powder in anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5 ml of sushruta oil in anal canal in night. For easy evacuation of bowel ou should take 1 teaspoon of sushruta churna with warm water in night.
