Definitive treatment is to do just do tumor markers blood test and if negative and a simple cyst, you need to undergo emergency laparoscopic cytectomy. You can combine chromopertubation test to know about the patency of the tube in same sitting.

Any cyst above 5 cms will need surgery. It may not settle with medications. Suggest that the cyst should be treated before you try to conceive any treatment is likely to be unsuccessful when you have a cyst.
