I'm 43 years old and I have fatty liver. My sgot/ast is 173.4 and my sgpt/alt is 205.4. My ggpt/gamma gt is 892. I have stopped consumption of alcohol and currently following a healthy lifestyle with morning walk of 10,000 steps daily for the last 3 weeks. What else do you suggest to ward off fatty liver disease. Would you recommend any medication for this condition? What should I avoid and what should I need to eat to cure it. Thanks!
