I am 23 years old. Nearly 10 days ago I felt ear clogged and got it inspected as fungal infection and tinnitus in left ear. Then I took medicine consisting of ebastine, racef o cv and vitamins and mineral tablet for 3 days (2 dosage daily) with ear drops that helped me in clogged ear but tinnitus in the effected ear is as it is. please help me what can I do now as I am a poor fellow I cannot afford every time doctors visit as it is 500 rs each. please help.

tinnitus takes time to subside, don't worry, just keep taking steam with vicks and avoid all cold and sour foods. continue ebastine for 10 days, gradually ur tinnitus will fade,
