I am 20 year old. I have fever and very strong cold and cough with running nose. Can I eat nock 2 only.

Along with nock 2 you require histafree 120 1 tab once daily in empty stomach and and syp ascoril ls 15 ml thrice daily after food if fever persist more than 4 days do a blood test and start antibiotics.
