I am 22 years old female, I have non bleeding piles for last 2 yrs, I have used plants capsules, nifedipine &lidocaine cream (escot cream, and liquid paraffin and milk of magnesia oral emulsion (cremaffin) but haven't got batter result ,what should I do?

You are not using the proper ointment. try with Ano Metrogyl or Sucral Ano. it is to be applied twice daily, digitally. Also yo sit in warm water with betadine solution in it. this will surely help. take plenty of water and soft food.
