This question is for me. I am 26 years old. I am a female. My doctor has prescribed me ovilow and the pharmacist has given me ovuloc. Are these one and the same? Please tell me.

Hello.. Both are combined hormonal contraceptives pills but the progesterone component of both are different.. Ovilow has levonorgestrel as progesterone component whereas Ovuloc has desogestrel as progesterone component..
